PIA to launch more passenger flights from (SIAL) SIALKOT soon

PIA has announced to soon launch direct flights from Sialkot to Oslo-Norway and New York-USA. The national flag carrier of Pakistan, PIA will start direct international flights after successful flights operations between Paris-France, London-UK and Barcelona-Spain from Sialkot International Airport. 

The statement was given by Chairman Sialkot International Airport (SIAL) Nadeem Anwar Qureshi. Many other officials attended the meeting, Vice Chairman Muhammad Afzal Shaheen, Chairman SIAL’s Business Development Committee Mian Naeem Javed, CEO Maj-Gen (r) Muhammad Abid Aziz and SIAL Manager Public Relations Abdul Shakur Mirza. 

The Chairman also said that the PIA also began active working to grow international flights operations between SIAL – New York (USA) and SIAL – Oslo (Norway).  He also stated that the government of Pakistan has been making restless struggles to turn PIA into a profitable organization besides ensuring quality aviation facilities to passengers. 

The Manager Public relations of SIAL Abdul Shakur Mirza also informed that on 11th Sep, 2019, Pakistan International Airline has launched direct flights from Sialkot to London (UK) and also started passenger flights from SIAL-Pakistan to Barcelona – Spain and Paris-France on 20th Jan, 2019.
